I think first off, it is a good idea to start with a home decor plan. How are you going to tackle this? How are we going to do this? And then from there you can go on to the next steps on budget! I think you should know your budget from the beginning when you are looking into buying some cheap apartment decor. That is why take your time and make sure you know how much you may have to budget with. Whether it is for each furniture piece or each home decor piece. Make sure you take your time and adjust to your personal budget!

CHEAP BUT EXPENSIVE LOOKING FURNITURE:
Comfy U-Sectional Beige Couch – (Only $1700!!)
This is such a great beige couch that looks comfortable and is at a great price especially if you are looking for a good couch that is a U-sectional.
Slouchy, a bit more expensive but not really for how expensive couches can be! Look at this as an investment.
Now this is a beautiful armchair that gives luxury feels, but not too expensive either! You can add this to your office, nursery, and even master bedroom.
I love this statement chair for so many reasons but really for the homey feels it can give to any room! It has the perfect color as well that should go with many decor styles. You can also use this as an office chair too!! What a beautiful, cheap apartment decor item piece.
The white fuzzy armchair is such a good armchair because it gives that vintage look with the fuzz, but not too much either!
Ottoman as a statement decor item
A beautiful statement piece for your home that looks good and can look good with some simple white decor as well for that statement.
“Trendy” But Simple Arched Floor Lamp
This has been such a trendy arched lamp decor piece that I think will not just be trendy, but an essential item that will work for many many years!!
This is such a good coffee table that will look like it will fit in so many different living rooms. I think it is a great coffee table for beginners and it is such a low price point. I think finding the perfect coffee table will always seem difficult (because it is) so my one advice would be to make sure that you are going to go the basic route and get a simple coffee table that looks expensive but is cheap!!
Now, this is an essential bedframe that had become trendy, but will be timeless in my opinion. The different colors are usually neutrals and will go well in many types of homes. You won’t need to match all of your furniture with it. It is something that can be your statement piece in the middle of your bedroom, but also be that timeless cheaper home decor item you need for your master bedroom!
I think it all depends on how much space you may have in your apartment/house. However, I do think that the best thing you can do for small spaces home decor is to focus on a longer drawer (vertically) instead of horizontally. This will probably be the best way to go about it.
When I saw this bench, I think my jaw dropped. Definitely not a necessity and may not even fit in all homes and/or apartments. However, such a great vintage-looking piece that you really need to hold on to for your upcoming homes as well. Such a great timeless piece!

Target Cheap Apartment Decor:
Geometric Wall Panels ($40)
A beautiful wall panel that is very cheap, but looks pretty expensive. I have seen some of these panels on some other more expensive websites. And it is a really good size as well!! You can also add this piece to your hallways, office rooms, bedrooms, and even a nursery! A great price as well!!
Fabric Framed Wall Art – Threshold
I have had my eye on this piece for at least a year now. I JUST pulled the trigger on it because I knew I would keep thinking about them for my house. Such a good, vintage-looking find that is not expensive at all for what you get at least!
Unless you are the best plant parent, I think everyone needs a faux green plant in their home. What a beautiful faux plant that will look good in any of your rooms in your house and/or apartment. It will definitely blend well into your walls and decor as well!
PS – Target always has some type of sale on faux plants if you are looking to go that route like me. However, the best places to buy real plants on a budget would have to be Lowe’s or Home Depot! As long as you have faith that you can keep them all alive.
Wow, this is such a beautiful area rug that I probably recommend for most apartments and homes. I am really trying to look for those timeless pieces that are going to work long-term, but also look GOOD in your apartment/home!! I think this jute braided rug will look good in your living room, office, bedroom, etc. You can also add in a vintage rug from below and layer it up. That is a beautiful look!!!
Beige Herati Medallion Area Rug
A beautiful colorful area rug that really does look so good in any room. You can definitely add this on top of the jute rug as a layered look! This will be a great fit to put on top of!! I would even add in some of the decor pieces from this list with this rug. I think a lot of them will compliment this rug very well!
