Are we all just ready to deep clean but do not want to spend two whole days cleaning without really cleaning anything? Here is my best spring cleaning checklist pdf that will help you divide up your rooms and conquer.

I like to clean probably every day of my life honestly. However, I do think that a deep cleaning is necessary at least once every season. This is where I go through my closet and purge that out. I like to go through my office supplies and even throw that out. So I am going to go through my spring cleaning checklist and what I think is necessary and not necessary for my place. I have a three bedroom, two bathroom house.

I am also going to be breaking it down by week focusing on one area of my house. You can definitely change this the way you would like to. However, in my opinion, this just works best for me! I do not want to spend hours cleaning. I just want to make sure if I am cleaning a space that I am able to clean it thoroughly. Like if I am going to spend 30 minutes on cleaning, then I am going to make sure that I am doing a good job on one area of the day.

Here are my top spring cleaning tips first:

Break it up by room AND day: My best tip yet. I think making sure you look at this checklist for the next month and not the next two days. If you spend more time on making sure you are allocating your time on one specific task per day than you will do a lot better on that task.
Go to the store to get all of your cleaning supplies and products first. This is important because you do not want to be cleaning your entire kitchen and not be able to get through it because you were out of dish soap. Trust me, I have been there when you are in that cleaning spree.

All Purpose Spray
Spray way Glass Cleaner
Stainless Steel Cleaner
Papertowels
Toilet bowl Cleaner
Bathroom Foam Cleaner

Kitchen

Clean Counter with sponge and dishwashing liquid
Clean & Shine Sink
Wipe Down Fridge
Scrub Baseboards with microfiber towels
Wipe down Cabinets
Organize cabinets and drawers
Clean out pantry

Living Room

Vacuum Couch
Wash Rug/Carpet
Clean coffee table
DIY Fabric Spray for Couch: 1/2 Water, 1/4 Alcohol, and then 1/4 Fabric Softener (SO GOOD!)

Bedroom:

Vacuum Mattress
Clean out Closet/DONATE
Clean out under the bed
Declutter Drawers
Declutter Nightstands

Bathroom:

Scrub Shower
Scrub floors on hands and knees with mopping solution from below
Clean out under the sinks
Throw out old products from drawers
Clean/Wipe down drawers and cabinets

Miscellaneous:

Dust Windows/Blinds
Clean Baseboards
Clean Light Fixtures
Vacuum a few times
Clean the vacuum thoroughly
Mop TWICE at least: 1/4 Bleach, 1 tablespoon of Tide POWDERED Detergent, and HOT HOT water! This is a great mixture also from TikTok (@gocleanco) I think that is what their name is and they are so good with all of their cleaning hacks!

So those were my main spring cleaning checklist items that you probably can add to or edit for your own place! I think it is important to rememebr that you do NOT have to complete all of this in the next day. It would be so much more beneficial if you were actually taking your time and cleaning each area.
